I am a 25 year old chef from Costa Rica. I started cooking at 12, worked as a catering chef, and I love Latin, Italian, and American food very much.!!
I am a 25-year-old chef born and raised in Costa Rica, a country that is home to one of the world’s five officially recognized Blue Zones, where food, longevity, and community are deeply connected. My passion for cooking began at the age of 12. Growing up, food was always at the center of family, culture, and daily life, and early on I discovered that cooking was how I expressed creativity and care for others. I started my professional journey as a catering chef, where I learned the importance of organization, adaptability, and teamwork while cooking for events of all sizes.
At 21, I emigrated to the United States to pursue new opportunities and challenge myself both personally and professionally. Since then, I have continued to grow as a chef, blending Costa Rican flavors with diverse culinary influences. I am passionate about cooking meals that nourish people, support healthy lifestyles, and bring communities together.
