Get to know me better

I am a bit of a perfectionist, so I love bringing people that perfection on a plate.

I am a culinary graduate of Secchia Institute at GRCC in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I started cooking at the age of 14 and have been doing so ever since. I specialize in Asian cuisine but upscaling various street foods from around the world is also a passion of mine. I love being adventurous with my menus.

The Kent Skills Center located on the East Beltline in Grand Rapids, Michigan and then continued my education at GRCCs Secchia Culinary Institute.

A cooking secret...

Using fresh ingredients an treating them with care. I also use a lot of nontypical ingredients so that my dishes are unique.
