Self taught and continually growing.
My name is Kayla & I have been cooking professionally for about 13 years. I am self taught cook and have worked my way up learning from great chefs around the country.
I was born and raised in New Jersey so I really enjoy bringing some East Coast & Italian Cuisine that I grew up eating. Combining different flavors with New Mexican Food. Some things I have done are Carne adovada fried, carnitas, Red Chile beef manicotti. Meatballs sliders with green Chile Alfredo and more.
Although I love Italian I really enjoy French & Thai cuisine as well. I enjoy trying to make all types of cuisine.
Private chef events are great because I love sharing my passion with people through the dishes I make. Smaller intricate things to make it more personal and relaxing.
