I am a passionate and experienced chef with over a decade in professional kitchens, ranging from fine dining restaurants and country clubs to private chef experiences. My career includes serving as Executive Chef and Owner of a Japanese steakhouse and sushi restaurant, leading as Chef de Cuisine at the Diamond Club for Philips 66, working as Sous Chef at Lakeside Country Club, and contributing as a Culinary Supervisor and Task Force Chef with Omni Hotels.
Born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, I bring the vibrant flavors of Thai cuisine into my cooking, alongside the precision of French technique, the warmth of Italian flavors, and the artistry of Japanese cuisine and sushi. This diverse background allows me to design unique menus that are both globally inspired and deeply personal.
For me, food is more than taste—it’s about creating memorable moments. Whether it’s an intimate dinner, a family gathering, or a celebration, I bring restaurant-quality dining and warm hospitality directly to your table.
