I have a never ending love for cooking, I want my food to make your soul dance
I’ve been cooking since I was 10 feeling the energy and smelling the different aromas in the kitchen made my heart warm. I’ve been in professional kitchens since I was 14 at a farm to table fine dining restaurants. I’ve mastered and trained on different cuisines such as Italian, American, French, Indian, Asian , Caribbean, and African. I’ve learned to adapt to different cultural techniques as well learning the flavors of these different cultures. I pour good intentions and love while I’m in the kitchen. As a chef , plating with finesse, creating vibrant and delicious dishes is what I strive for.
