I’m a passionate chef with a focus on hyper local and wild foods. I can accommodate all dietary requirements with excitement on taking on the challenge. Experience in both casual and fine dining atmospheres allow for an array of occasions. I can promise you will know where every ingredient comes from and how it was grown. I can put on family style or intimate tasting menus. Whatever dining experience you would like, I can provide with the most delicious flavors. If you’d like to learn how to cook, I am always excited to teach the art.
