I specialize in Asian, Hispanic, Modern French, Classical Italian, and elevated comfort cuisine, creating refined, ingredient-driven menus tailored to each client and occasion.

From intimate dinners and VIP private parties to large-scale events, weddings, and curated meal prep, I offer a full-service experience including tapas, canapés, buffets, and fully plated dining. Bar staff and event setup are also available upon request.

Chef Lionel and his team were outstanding. I had a very specific request for a large event... I needed three chefs to help serve wood-fired pizza to more than 80 guests using my own pizza oven. They exceeded every expectation. They arrived on time, were extremely professional, and communication throughout the entire process was excellent. They were always responsive, flexible, and accommodating... even when I changed the guest count and chef needs just a couple of days before the event. They helped produce more than 60 pizzas during the evening, and guests kept raving about how incredible the pizzas were. The quality was exceptional. What impressed me most was their work ethic and attitude. They were friendly, hardworking, and stayed longer to help with cleanup, which they handled flawlessly. I truly could not have hosted this party without them. Of everyone I spoke with while planning this event, Chef Lionel and his team were by far the most professional, and I am so glad I chose them. I would highly, highly recommend Chef Lionel to anyone. This was also my first time using Take a Chef, and the platform was excellent. It made it easy to find Chef Lionel, and I would highly recommend using it as well.

Chef Dean was awesome, he spent months leading up to the event to make sure everything would be exactly what we were looking for, he really got to know us and curated a menu that fit our group perfectly. The event itself was incredible, our entire group had such a fun experience. Chef Dean and his team were very personable and connected well with our group. The food was better than we hoped for, everything he made looked and tasted fantastic. At the end of the night, his team cleaned up the whole place and left it better than when they arrived. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would highly recommend Chef Dean and his team.
