The Culinary Arts have been my passion for as long as I can remember. During my career in the US Navy, I delved into exploring everything I could about culinary and pastry arts, and could often be found in the kitchen during off hours working on my craft and learning everything I possibly could.
When I was discharged, I decided to follow where my heart led, and completed degrees in both Culinary Arts and Pastry from Seattle Culinary Academy. I spent several years working in Seattle Area restaurants, both as a line cook and as a pastry chef, notably Hitchcock Restaurant Group and Le Pichet, among others. I had the pleasure of learning from some truly gifted Chefs.
It is my greatest pleasure to share my passion with my clients by creating delicious sweet and savory experiences to enhance some of their most memorable occasions. I work with each client to ensure that their vision is brought to life with thoughtful care and attention to detail. I look forward to sharing my love of food with you and your families and friends.
