Hello, I'm a bread and pastry guru. I have learned all over the states first in San Francisco and have made my way to Florida. I've been in the industry for 16 years and love sharing food with people who love where food comes from and exploring different cuisines. Bread is a specialty of mine and if you love fresh bread and pastry I'm you're chef. But also very experienced in savory cuisine as well.
