Get to know me better
I’ve loved food my entire life. Being able to use my gift to feed others, and make it my career has been my biggest blessing.
I’ve been part of the hospitality industry since I was 15 years old. I began as a hostess and worked my way through the front of the house before transitioning into the kitchen, where I discovered my true calling. From garde manger to Executive Catering Chef, I built my career step by step, gaining hands-on experience and leadership skills along the way.
My professional journey includes time at Bay Oaks Country Club, and you may have experienced my cuisine at Emmaline, Rainbow Lodge, International Smoke, Warehouse 72, The Merchant Café, or at one of the thousands of high-end catering events I executed during my five-year career with A’Fare Extraordinaire. These experiences allowed me to refine both my technical abilities and my capacity to deliver seamless, large-scale events with precision and creativity.
As a lifelong lover and dedicated student of food, I continue to evolve and expand my culinary perspective. I look forward to creating fully customized dining experiences tailored to each client, combining thoughtful flavors, beautiful presentation, and exceptional hospitality to make every occasion truly memorable.
