I am a professional chef with 9 years experience. I’m also a hunter and a fisherman, I’m also very proud of being a first generation Mexican American and also a Marine Corps Vet. I combine my love of traditional cuisine from Jalisco Mexico and wild game meats. I want to help continuing to bring into light the greatness of Mexican cuisine and the amazing taste of wild game meats!
