I am a Peruvian Executive Chef and Culinary Consultant trained at Le Cordon Bleu Perú, with over 18 years of international experience across Peru, the Dominican Republic, and the United States.

Throughout my career, I have led culinary teams, developed restaurant concepts, created menus, and delivered high-end dining experiences for restaurants, hospitality groups, and private clients. I served as Corporate Chef for a leading restaurant group in the Dominican Republic and had the privilege of working as Private Chef for actor Vin Diesel at Casa de Campo.

My culinary style is rooted in Peruvian cuisine and influenced by Nikkei, Latin American, Mediterranean, and contemporary global flavors. I enjoy combining authentic ingredients and techniques with modern presentation to create menus that feel elegant, creative, and personal.

For me, private dining is about more than preparing excellent food. It is about understanding each guest, creating the right atmosphere, providing attentive service, and transforming a special occasion into a memorable experience.

I approach every event with professionalism, creativity, precision, discretion, and genuine respect for my clients’ homes. From personalized menu design and ingredient selection to table service and complete kitchen cleanup, every detail is handled with care.
