I have been a personal chef and have been creating award winning international cuisine for 30 years.

I have a degree from prestigious Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. I pride myself in Global Cuisine From Asian Pho, to Ramen, to Sushi , Paella and Tapas from Spain. My ancestors are from Italy so I tend to gravitate towards regional Italian from Bologna and Tuscany to Seaside Cooking of Sicily .

Chef Mark was an absolute pleasure and made our Valentine’s Day very special. He worked with me to ensure that the menu was appropriate for our dietary restrictions, showed up exactly when he said he would, and had the meal ready to go right on time. His food was delicious and he even left us with leftovers. We were impressed by his preparation, presentation, and professionalism. And he was sweet and understanding with our sometimes noisy dog (who was very interested in what he was doing in the kitchen). We would definitely use Mark again and would recommend others to do so as well.

Very enjoyable experience. The food was great and his many stories were fun to listen to. From the start he was easy to work with. From my initial contact with the Chef to planning the menu he always responded quickly and in a professional manner. The day of the meal he arrived on time. He kept us informed on how the meal preparations were progressing responded positively to any requests we had. It was a great meal and experience.

Chef Mark Anthony was an absolute HOME RUN for my wife and I. Mark prepared a wonderful candle-lit dinner for my wife's birthday - consisting of an outstanding four course meal with primary themes from French Provence cuisine. Mark's energy and passion for his craft is infectious - it is captivating to hear his stories about the original inspiration for his dishes, and his many adventures as a chef. At the same time, Mark expertly balanced his engagement with providing time for us to enjoy our own private conversation and intimate time together. From front to back, I can not recommend Chef Mark more highly as not only a chef but an experience. He is a pleasure to be around and you cannot help but walk away feeling uplifted by his presence in your home, attention to detail, and passion for food! 10/10!

Nothing but wonderful things to say about chef Mark. He was very interactive and respectful. Chef Mark Anthony and his amazing crew created the most incredible dinner experience that I could have imagined. He planned a cocktail hour with amazing apps - including flaming cheese which he brought a special hotplate for and homemade sangria. Amazing presentation. He served a 5 course dinner where each course was more beautiful and delicious than the last. The menu was creative, unique and exquisite. He and his crew made everyone feel welcome and special. He even brought his own pizza oven for a guest with allergy and kids. Truly an amazing chef and experience. They left and everything was immaculate as well. If you want an elevated special evening with amazing food Chef Mark Anthony Pariano is your chef.

Chef Mark was amazing! We had scheduling issues and he was incredibly flexible. His communication leading up to the evening was great. He was attentive to details and the setup and presentation were wonderful. The food was delicious! When he left our kitchen was as clean as it was before he came. I would 100% recommend Chef Mark!
