Farm to table, sustainable cooking enthusiast.

I am a James Beard Award-nominated professional chef with over 20 years of experience in Italian, Asian, and Mediterranean cuisines. I've worked in some of the finest restaurants in Ann Arbor and New York City, including eve, Zingerman's, Roberta's Pizza, and the Breslin. I really love cooking in people's homes, and always prefer to work with local and organic ingredients. I have also co-authored 3 cookbooks and was selected as both a Zagat and Forbes 30 under 30.
