I love comfort food! My style is very down-to-earth and approachable. I do a lot of meal prep too like grab and go salads or mix and match meals
I have been working in the Philadelphia restaurant/service industry for nearly 15 years. I began as a cafe baker (muffins cupcakes etc) for a few years and worked for many years as a meat cutter (think line cook) for Fette Sau Philly. Most of my chef skills are self taught by throwing weekly dinner parties for friends for several years; nothing fancy just really good food!
