I am extremely passionate, driven and resilient.

Before I switched career to become a chef I working luxury retail for about 10 years. I studied at the New England Culinary Art, I also did a ready to Launch pprogram with the Commonwealth Kitchen in Boston. I work as a chef and chef assist for East Meets West Catering. I live 25 minutes North of Boston. I am a pro on French and Caribbean cuisine, I do pretty well with Italian cuisine as well. I am a recipe developer as well.

I learned to cook at home since I was about 6 years old. But eventually I went to culinary school to better my skills.
