I am a South Louisiana–born chef with deep roots in Cajun and Creole cooking, shaped by family traditions and refined through professional culinary training. I began my formal culinary education at the Culinary Institute of Virginia in 2009 and have since worked across a range of kitchens and leadership roles, gaining experience both inside and outside of the restaurant environment.
My approach to private dining blends tradition with intention — honoring the bold, soulful flavors of Louisiana cuisine while presenting them in a polished, modern way suited for intimate in-home experiences. I focus on thoughtful pacing, clean execution, and menus that feel personal without being overcomplicated.
Whether cooking for a romantic evening or a small gathering, my goal is to create a seamless experience that allows guests to relax, connect, and enjoy restaurant-quality food in the comfort of their home.
