Cooking is my favorite thing to do, that's why I chose this art as my career. I consider myself a talented, ambitious and hardworking individual, with broad skills and the experience of 8 years in the food industry.

I studied Culinary Arts at the Instituto Argentino de Gastronomia (IAG) Buenos Aires, Argentina for 4 years and my dream is to own a restaurant and win 3 Michelin stars.

I challenge and better my skills daily, and would be honored to bring to your homes the most flavorsome food you have ever experienced.

I cannot recommend Chef Nicolas highly enough. The food really made this Father’s Day incredibly special. We had one diner with celiacs and Chef Nicolas accommodated with several delicious gluten free dishes. The food was amazing and his recommendations for the pairings were prima. Arrival was punctual and all the dishes were paced perfectly! Clean-up was outstanding and they were very personable. I highly recommend this Chef for any occasion! Thank you!
