Cooking is my favorite thing to do, that's why I chose this art as my career. I consider myself a talented, ambitious and hardworking individual, with broad skills and the experience of 8 years in the food industry.

I studied Culinary Arts at the Instituto Argentino de Gastronomia (IAG) Buenos Aires, Argentina for 4 years and my dream is to own a restaurant and win 3 Michelin stars.

I challenge and better my skills daily, and would be honored to bring to your homes the most flavorsome food you have ever experienced.

Chef Nicolas was so great! I hosted a dinner for my husband’s 50th birthday celebration and could not be happier! Chef arrived right on time, was very friendly and cooked an amazing dinner for us. Prior to the celebration, Chef confirmed the menu with me and helped with wine pairing recommendations that were exquisite…especially the moscato paired with his homemade tiramisu! I would highly recommend using take a chef, and specifically Chef Nicolas Collins. Thank you Chef, for such a memorable experience!

Incredible experience especially if you have young kids and feel dining out is not as easy as before. Great menu and French cuisine from Chef Nicolas! We were blown away by the dessert, goat cheese creme brûlée!

Chef Nicolas was outstanding in every phase of the experience. He was very communicative as to the specifics of the meal so that each item was to our liking. He was right on time not only with his arrival but also with the meal service each course. The food was outstanding in every sense of the word. The presentation was incredible and the food tasted amazing. He did a great job of explaining each dish while also giving us our space to dine and enjoy the meal. I would recommend Nicolas to anyone and would book him again any time! Overall amazing experience.

I cannot recommend Chef Nicolas highly enough. The food really made this Father’s Day incredibly special. We had one diner with celiacs and Chef Nicolas accommodated with several delicious gluten free dishes. The food was amazing and his recommendations for the pairings were prima. Arrival was punctual and all the dishes were paced perfectly! Clean-up was outstanding and they were very personable. I highly recommend this Chef for any occasion! Thank you!
