I love to find comfort in authentic, uncomplicated recipes that taste familiar.

I started my culinary journey as a corporate plant-based Sous Chef in New Jersey and NYC restaurants. With a Hospitality Management degree from Johnson and Wales under my belt, I made my move to New York to obtain my masters degree, and grow a business as a personal chef that cultivates thoughtful, dietary inclusive cuisine--all fresh and accessible.
