I am a professional pastry chef who owns a small online vegan bakery! I’ve worked in the restaurant industry since my teenage years, starting in front of house, but always fascinated with the pastry chefs that would come in the early hours and prep all of the desserts.
During the pandemic, I started throwing myself into cooking and baking full time, and started my own small bakery! I bake out of a community kitchen in Woonsocket, RI and ship across the US!
