Hi! My name is Riccardo and I come from a small town in Tuscany (Italy).
I moved to the US in 2017 and I would be excited to bring the italian culinary tradition to your table. For me cooking is not a job, but a fun hobby that makes me happy. I cook for passion and I am always eager to experiment something new and challenging in my kitchen.
I propose the real italian peasant food that we prepare at home every day, with no distortions or fancy adjustments, just pure and simple joy in the shape of food!
