Executive Chef Rob here. I’m a professional Chef and Caterer with over 20yrs experience. I trained in Louisiana for over 8yrs and I’ve owned several restaurants in Louisiana, Brooklyn, and Georgia. I specialized in Cajun, Creole, BBQ, French, Italian, Latin, Southern, West Indian, & Classic American Cuisines.
I was the Executive Chef and Caterer at the Madame CJ Walker Mansion for 7yrs preparing daily meals and catering large events weekly. I’m a member of NYCWFF.ORG for 10yrs currently and guests spots on QVC, HSN, Cooking Channel and Food Network.
