I'm Rijocook, a Dominican chef specializing in Dominican Elevated private experiences in Los Angeles. My passion is to reinterpret the traditional cuisine of the Caribbean combining authentic flavors, modern technique and elegant presentation, to create unique dinners that surprise and delight each guest.
I offer multi-course tasting menus that elevate classic Dominican dishes to a contemporary and refined level. Each dish reflects the richness of local and Caribbean ingredients, balancing tradition with creativity.
My experiences are designed for groups of 6 to 12 guests, perfect for celebrations, intimate dinners or corporate meetings. Each event includes elegant assembly, full service and light cleaning, allowing my clients to enjoy without worrying about the details.
My goal is to provide an intimate, memorable and culturally authentic experience, where each bite tells a story of Dominican cuisine, in an elegant and relaxed atmosphere.
