I am a passionate professional chef with more than 20 years of progressive culinary training, I graduated from culinary school in 2005 and have held just about every position in the kitchen on my way to becoming an Executive Chef. I own my own private chef company, I've helped open restaurants. I have worked for the world's largest and second largest food service companies and 5 star hotels. I have had the privilege of having cooked at events and establishments in which celebrities were in attendance including, former first lady Michelle Obama. Sports stars such as Troy Aikman, Charles Barkley, the 2001 World Series Champion Arizona Diamondbacks, the Chicago Cubs and San Francisco Giants amongst others.

Chef Caesar was absolutely amazing. He was so sweet and friendly and extremely engaging. He introduced himself, told us a little about his background and then explained all of the courses as they came out. The food was incredible and presentation was perfect. Chef Caesar washed, dried and put away all of the dishes and utensils which we did not expect at all and we thought that was really nice of him. Overall 10/10 experience and will definitely book again!

This was an amazing experience for our family and one we will talk about for a long time. Will definitely do again!

I booked Chef Rodolfo to cook dinner for my Fiancé and his friends during his bachelor party as a surprise. He was easy to coordinate with and the guys were very pleased. What a wonderful concept! Rodolfo brought the fine food of a five star restaurant into our home for our son's 30 birthday! There were 10 of us and it was wonderful to be at home and enjoy the time visiting while Rodolfo cooked and served the most amazing dishes! I highly recommend to make any special occasion even more special!

Chef Rodolfo was absoluting amazing! My husband and I chose a French menu and all the dishes were delicious and full of flavor! The details like the lime zest on the pasta were incredible. We have used Take a Chef twice already and both times were wonderful experiences.

I had the pleasure of hiring Chef Cesar for a private event, and I can confidently say it was a five-star experience. The Mediterranean menu he crafted was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Cesar's culinary skills truly elevated the evening. Additionally, his engaging stories added a delightful touch, making the night both enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience. We had a very large party (22 guests) for a birthday dinner and the chef assured he could accommodate us. He gave us an option of being served plated or family style. With our large group and the spread out seating arrangements he did recommend family style so no one's plate got cold, and we accepted that option and it worked out great! The food was absolutely incredible and they accommodated a guest who had an aversion to truffles. They packed up and left all the leftovers and cleaned every single dish. The kitchen was spotless! Overall very streamlined and professional. Very kind, accommodating, and best of all insanely delicious!

Even his charcuterie board for happy hour was so beautiful. The presentation and quality of everything were 5 stars. He is artistic with plating, and we could not believe the quality of the food! The flavors were something you taste at a 5 star restaurant. It was over the top beautiful. He was kind, efficient and left the kitchen spotless.
