I am a passionate professional chef with more than 20 years of progressive culinary training, I graduated from culinary school in 2005 and have held just about every position in the kitchen on my way to becoming an Executive Chef. I own a legitimate private chef company. I've helped open restaurants, ran banquet kitchens at resorts and hotels, I've worked with pro athlete teams, including the San Francisco Giants, Dallas Cowboys, Miami Dolphins, Oakland A's, Seattle Mariners and others. I have worked for the world's largest and second largest food service companies and 5 star hotels. I have had the privilege of having cooked at events and establishments in which celebrities were in attendance including, former first lady Michelle Obama, singers Alicia Keys, John Legend and others. Sports stars such as Troy Aikman, Charles Barkley, the 2001 World Series Champion Arizona Diamondbacks, the Chicago Cubs.

Great food! Had great evening with multiple courses. The Beef Carpaccio and Lamb Lollipops were amazing! Would do it again!

Very easy

Chef Rodolfo prepared an amazing experience for our large group. He accommodated our various dietary needs, and did so with an absolutely delicious meal.

Chef Rodolfo was truly incredible, talented and curated a wonderfully intimate dinner. I hope to reserve with him again in the future!

This was my first time using a service like this and was not completely sure of what the results would be. What I hoped for exceeded my expectations through the services of chef Rodolfo. The chef took my inquiries and requests into account and created a culinary delight for my extended family to enjoy without the usual kitchen drudgery to attend to after. Personable and professional, chef Rodolfo is a 5 star presentation.

The entire experience was fantastic! Great communication during the process of determining a menu and throughout the meal. Chef Caesar prepared a delicious meal with great presentation and was attentive to guests needs throughout the night. All the guests were very impressed and already talking of using Chef Caesar for future events.

We had an incredible experience with Rodolfo. When people sent their menus, his was the most interesting and in my opinion well thought out. And they did not disappoint. Our New York trip was so tender and delicious. His flavors were unique and presented beautifully.Communication was excellent. He answered every question I had in in a prompt manner. He was engaging, and yet gave us time to just be a family. Cleanup was extra extraordinary as well.
