Self-taught, queer-identified chef catering for 2-200 people at one time.
Rustic Italian-American specialized. Allergen and dietary restriction conscious with a bit of vegan crossover. Love to travel. Can cook in a variety of spaces from open fir outdoor to luxury kitchens. I am in tune to the strong attachments we all have to food as a social and communal activity and make sure that each menu reflects what you want to achieve in your dining experience.
