I was born and raised in southern Indiana learning my passion for food from my grandmother and cooking shows. I moved to Indianapolis for culinary school in 2010, where I attended the Art Institute of Indianapolis.

After graduation I transitioned into my first chef position at Matt the Millers in Carmel Indiana. Learning as much I could I looked for other opportunities finding experiences ranging from independent restaurants, where I worked with local farm businesses to develop farm to table menus, to large corporate companies including Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. My most recent stop, at American Senior Communities, where I worked as the culinary manager I acquired my CDM (Certified Dietary Manager).

Through all of my experiences I have put customers first believing that your meal should be more than a plate. It should be an experience that brings people together to create memories.
