I am a professional chef with a broad and diverse range of culinary experience, developed through years of hands-on work in dynamic kitchens and hospitality environments. I am deeply interested in native and seasonal ingredients, clean and thoughtful eating, wood-fire cooking techniques, and, above all, creating food that is genuinely delicious and memorable.
My background includes experience both behind the bar and on the kitchen line, which allows me to offer a well-rounded, full-service dining experience to my clients. I take great pleasure in pairing food and wine harmoniously and in creating moments that bring people together around the table. Connecting people through great food, exceptional flavors, and carefully curated experiences is always at the heart of what I do.
