Chef Sandra Morrison

I am a culinary school student graduating this spring, looking to expand new opportunities beyond line cooking. I was a manager at 17 until last October and am now a line cook trying new horizons. I have loved cooking since I was twelve, I would make three course dinners for family friends and put them on myself. I remember one of my starter I made was crab stuffed mushrooms and I was so proud of myself for using ingredients I did not even eat at the time.
