I’m an experienced chef, caterer, and restaurateur with a career built on passion, discipline, and high standards. I trained in culinary school and went on to work in upscale restaurants, world-class resorts, and corporate hospitality, shaping my style and professionalism. My work has been featured in numerous South Florida publications, and one of my restaurants was highlighted on the local TV show Let’s Eat South Florida. I also had the honor of hosting the Miss Universe 2020 pageant guests at my Hollywood restaurant, which I proudly owned and later sold in 2023. I am known for personalized menus, allergy- and dietary-friendly cooking, elegant plating, and creating memorable dining experiences that feel polished, welcoming, and thoughtfully crafted.
