I am a professional baker with 3 years of experience. Through my time in culinary school i was able to get a job at Hilton Norfolk The Main in the Baking & Pastry department. Since then i have been doing mass production & catering for the hotel & my outside business. I am normally in the kitchen everyday out of the week.
