Hello my name is Simeon Davis I am self taught professional chef my style of cuisines is fine dining with street food twist.
I am a professional chef with tons of experience working on and off the kitchen line. I’ve been independently running my own catering/private chef business since 2020. I specialize in all sorts of cuisine Italian, new american, streetfood, Mexican, Mediterranean, & slowly diving in Japanese ingredients. I have been cooking in fine dining restaurants over the last 5 years but with my FOH experience prior to being a chef I’ve come up with the perfect system to make each personal chef experience memorable in my own way.
