Inspired by ingredients, passionate about honest food and intentional cooking.
I am a professional and motivated cook with 5 years of experience in different areas of the culinary arts. My primary expertise is dining experiences and intentional gatherings around fine dining. I've travelled through Europe working with well-known chefs and immersing myself in the kitchens and cultures of locals in different cities throughout Ireland, France, Italy, and Spain. I'm currently writing my first book on dining and world travel with the recipes I've learned from families and chefs on my travels. I've offered children's global cooking classes, private chef services, dinner parties and cultivated experiences, and meal planning services since early 2023.
The way I present dishes and conceptualize menu's is based on current local seasonal produce and what I can get my hands on at the time. My dishes are separated by Earth, Land, and Sea and can be selected for each course. i.e. mussels to start (sea), gnocchi for first course (earth), and steak for main (land).
