I specialize in French and Italian cuisine, offering elegant 3-course meals that highlight seasonal ingredients, bold flavors, and refined technique. I got my start in the kitchen at 15 and worked my way up to junior sous chef in fine dining by 18. Today, I bring that same care and creativity into every private dinner I serve.
