Very experienced chef with vast repertoire who truly enjoys cooking and will exceed clients expectations for a memorable dining experience.

I am professional chef with 20 years experience cooking for intimate gatherings in private settings.

I have lived in Jackson Hole, Wyoming since 2007. I spent 15 years onboard yachts as a chef, and traveled the world. I enjoy procuring the finest provisions and will prepare your dinner party with skill and style. I can adapt to any dietary guidelines and am happy to work with you to create the ultimate menu and dining experience.

My mother had a catering business in Westport, CT, my hometown. I continued my culinary career at The Summerhouse restaurant on Nantucket Island.

Alice Waters/Chez Panisse. Simple clean tasty food, beautifully presented. Classic combinations of the freshest ingredients.

A cooking secret...

have all of my mis en place-"everything thing in place" and keep a calm cool demeanor. Seasoning food can not be taught- it is inherent.

Stacey was fantastic and truly spoiled us on our Ski Week in Jackson Hole. Had the BEST fondue appetizer in my life and she made so may wonderful menu suggestions. Tablescape was perfect with fresh flowers and printed menus. The whole group thought it was the highlight meal from our trip!
