I’m Chef Ta’ a Jamaican Chef who’s always enjoyed cooking as a child & as I grew turned into my passion. I love creating & preparing dishes of art !
Hello, I’m Chef Ta’ a Small town cook turned chef! I grew up cooking in my home but always wanted the opportunity to learn the techniques. After High school I attended Culinary School in Memphis, Tn & later traveled to other states cooking in “from-scratch “ kitchens gaining experience. I have been able to take my experience and pour it into my food ! Creating Jamaican, Seafood, Italian & Asian inspired dishes that blow your mind with flavor! I’m hardworking and passionate about my craft & I will bring that same passion & energy when preparing your experience!
