I am a professional chef with 12 years experience in the culinary world. I studied at the School of Hospitality in casale Monferrato Italy , and in 2013 | joined in my fit

Rst adventure in the kitchen in Milano in Melia Hotels.

After 3 years I start to work for a catering company for understand better all the faces of hospitality. In 2020 i decide to open my own restaurant.

“Ristorante dal Toscano”, Tuscany cousine. Amd after 3 years I devide to move in USA. 1 years in Florida and from december 2024 Im the Executive Chef of Sant Ambreus soho in New York.
