I am a professional chef with 12 years experience in the culinary world. I studied at the School of hospitality in Casale Monferrato Italy, and in 2013 I joined in my first adventure in the kitchen in Milano in Melia 5 stars Hotels.

After 3 years I start to work for a catering company for understand better all the faces of hospitality. In 2020 i decide to open my own restaurant.

“Ristorante dal Toscano”, Tuscany cousine. And after 3 years I decide to move in USA. 1 years in Florida and from december 2024 Im the Executive Chef of a restaurant in Soho in New York CIty.

And one Days, for sure, I can see myself open mine.
