Passionate about cooking, seeking to bring Southern Comfort to your table.
I am a self-taught chef with Southern roots. I have worked in Barbecue joints and operated restaurants in Louisiana and Texas. As the youngest sibling of six, I leaned to cook out of necessity . I have operated a food truck in Denver the past few years sharing my passion for cooking with customers, friends, neighbors and family. When not in the kitchen I love exploring Colorado trails and lakes, or watching my favorite sports teams.
