I am a professional Culinary Artist with over 15 years of experience. From catering to Executive Chef for large Vegan, and vegetarian restaurants, I've worked under some of the very best chefs. I recently moved to the United States Virgin Islands from Philadelphia Pa to take over a small bistro, but i'm definitely looking to further my career even more as a private chef.
