Hi, I’m Tyler Farris—a chef with a passion for good food, strong kitchen teamwork, and teaching others how to cook. I’m currently a sous chef at Elegante Cuisine and Catering, where I help lead large events, manage the bakery, and create new recipes. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of kitchens, from busy pizzerias to fine dining restaurants—including a stage at a Michelin three-star spot.
I’ve done just about everything in the kitchen—line cooking, prepping, baking, even working the front of house. I love learning and experimenting, especially when it comes to pastry and viennoiserie in my free time.
When I’m not in the kitchen, I enjoy sharing what I know through hands-on classes that focus on practical skills, great flavor, and making people feel more confident when they cook.
