I am a chef with over 25 years of experience across hotels, restaurants, catering operations, and private chef services. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep passion not only for exceptional cuisine, but also for the evolving understanding of food as medicine and its powerful role in overall well-being.

I specialize in creating flavorful, beautifully presented dishes that accommodate a wide range of dietary needs and restrictions. Whether working with gluten-free, dairy-free, plant-based, low-inflammatory, or other specialized protocols, I focus on delivering meals that are both nutritionally thoughtful and deeply satisfying.

Beyond cooking, I am passionate about education and empowering others in the kitchen. I enjoy helping clients learn how to prepare wholesome, high-quality meals that nourish the body and bring joy to the table.
