Homestyle Mediterranean cuisine all made from scratch. Traditional recipes with a modern flair.

I’ve been in the service industry for over 30 years. Mainly front of house. I’ve worked in New York City where I was raised as well as Greece, Denmark, Austria and now Southern California.

I’ve recently started working with BnB’s as well as private clients in the hi desert here in Yucca Valley and surrounding cities during season.

I specialize in Mediterranean cuisine using traditional recipes taught to me by my mother who was a chef. As well as combining a fusion of flavors to add diversity.

I’ve served and cooked for many high profile folks and am able to cater to all palettes, dietary restrictions and personal food choices.
