I have extensive knowledge and experience in multiple cuisines such as French, Mexican, Cajun, Puerto Rican, Health driven and pastries.

I am a professional chef with 17 years of experience. I started my culinary studies in Scottsdale, Arizona where I learned fundamentals in French cuisine along with health and pastries. My first job was in fine dining which I continued with in Utah, Texas and Louisiana. I’ve lived in Puerto Rico for over a year and became a quick study in its cuisine with my colleague who also has been a personal chef here.

I planed a private dinner for my friend’s birthday at the air bnb we were staying at. Chef Victoria made the process of booking, creating the menu and the time I should be expecting her very smooth. She was great with communication and very professional while she entertained us with her delicious food. We couldn’t stop saying “this is so delicious.” Our meals were very personalized to our liking. I highly recommend chef Victoria, you will not be disappointed!

I would highly recommend Victoria. Not only did she accommodate us with a special meal that helped a guest with dietary issues, she was on time, was a top notch chef, with impeccable cooking skills, easy to work with and would absolutely hire her again!
