Home taught, professionally sharpened chef.
I am a home taught chef with about 5 years of professionally trained skills. From taking a restaurant/culinary arts program in high school to working a ski resort as an apprentice. I have been working on my culinary skills since 2015 and been learning new ways to take classical dishes to a new level. I am a newer chef so still learning new dishes. However with the skills I have and an arsenal of recipes I don't shy from a challenge.
