I’m a hard working and ambitious person who enjoys learning and pushing myself
I’m a chef that believes food begins with respect for the ingredients, the people shot prepare it, and the guests who gather around the table to enjoy it. I’ve worked across a diverse range of culinary settings from independent restaurants to corporate hospitality, developing expertise in Italian, American Mediterranean, Spanish, North African, Indian, Moroccan and French cuisines. My culinary journey has included leadership roles in Sodexo, COMPASS group, Barcelona wine Bar, as well as supporting the Michelin star Maydan of the no white plates food group.
