I hired chef Zach for a date night with my wife. Showed up right in time, was very professional and clean. Came in got right to work on preparation. The food was very good and flavorful, we both enjoyed the meal and the setup of everything. The only thing that could have been better, was we didn’t finish our courses so there was food left over. And we were not asked if we wanted to save our meals. So when he cleaned up he discarded quite a bit of food. However I will be using this chef again in the future and will make sure that I let him know at the beginning to not discard our food. 4 courses is a lot of food to eat in one sitting and there was nice portions. Over chef Zach did a wonderful job
