I am a personal chef with over 5 years experience in the culinary world. I studied hospitality, culinary, and plant based at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. I did an internship at Walt Disney and have experience in commercial kitchens, as well as catering large and small events. Ever since I was younger food has always been my passion. Chef Drea went above and BEYOND our expectations. I booked for a quiet night in during a crazy bachelorette weekend, and we were met with a cozy comfort menu. With 3 courses there was plenty of food to go around and we even had a vegan with us and she was able to accomodate a similar menu for her. Words and pictures cannot describe how delicious and perfect the meals were. Chef Drea and her team were quiet and cleaned up the kitchen more spotless than it was when they arrived. Could not have asked for a better chef for our last meal together. Thank you times a million!!
