Chef Andrea Armstrong

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Chef Andrea Armstrong developed her love for cooking at an early age, learning many of her foundational skills from her mother.

“I remember my mom always showing me something different to cook. She taught me the basics, and those are skills I still carry with me today.”

With over 15 years of experience in the culinary industry, Andrea's journey has taken her from small, family-owned restaurants to fine dining kitchens and executive chef positions. Her passion for expanding her knowledge and experience led her beyond Florida, working in both Texas and New Mexico and developing a diverse culinary background along the way.

In 2021, Andrea took her experience and passion for food into entrepreneurship, launching her own catering company and food truck. Through those ventures, she gained valuable experience not only as a chef but also as a business owner.

Throughout her career, Andrea has had the opportunity to provide culinary experiences for a variety of clients and events, including Aston Martin Houston, the NAACP, Fashion Week, and the New Mexico Food & Wine Festival.

Today, Andrea continues to share her passion for food through private dining experiences, intimate gatherings, and special events. Her approach is simple: create great food, pay attention to the details, and give every guest an experience worth remembering.
