Passionate about culinary, gastronomy, mixology and the wine world. I am not just a private chef, I am the leader of your experience.
I am a passionate chef with more than 10 years of experience in the culinary world, shaped by travel, discipline, and a deep respect for global gastronomy. My journey began in an unexpected place: after serving in the military in both Colombia and the UAE, I decided to pursue my true passion—cooking.
I formally trained at one of the most respected culinary schools in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I not only refined my culinary techniques but also studied the world of wine under the guidance of a renowned sommelier. This experience gave me a strong foundation in flavor pairing and the art of creating balanced dining experiences.
My professional journey has taken me across several continents. In Dubai, UAE, I worked in a fusion cuisine restaurant where I explored the creativity of blending international flavors. Later, while living on the Gold Coast in Australia, I worked as both a bartender and a cook in Mediterranean restaurants, developing a strong appreciation for fresh ingredients, simple techniques, and vibrant flavors.
Throughout my travels across South America, I have had the opportunity to work with and learn from the diverse culinary traditions of Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, and my home country, Colombia—each offering unique ingredients and cooking philosophies that continue to influence my cuisine today.
After arriving in the United States, I worked at one of Sarasota’s most recognized restaurants, Jack Dusty, where I had the privilege of learning alongside talented chefs and further deepening my understanding of American culinary culture and high-level hospitality.
Today, my cooking reflects the places I have lived and the people I have met. I focus on creating memorable dining experiences that combine international flavors, thoughtful presentation, and a warm, engaging atmosphere for my guests.
