A talented chef with a passion for great quality food.
I’m a chef shaped both by hands-on industry experience and by a lifelong family connection to food. My father is a Culinary Institute graduate and my grandmother worked as a cook for the county jail where I grew up, so I was surrounded by kitchens and hospitality from an early age.
I learned my craft in professional kitchens, developing practical skills, strong work discipline and a love for honest, well-executed cooking. My food reflects that blend of family tradition and real-world training — straightforward, flavorful dishes made with care.
