Hello,
My name is Antwan Alston. I’ve been cooking since I was 14. Professionally since I was 21. I’m 31. Being in this field is crazy but satisfying at the same time. I am a Navy Veteran. I was a hospital Corpsman for 4 years. After that I went to culinary school. And never looked back. COVID stopped what I wanted to do. Now I want to be independent and set up something on my own. I can’t wait to show you what I can do.
